Thank you for your assist on the above article. You have added several facts that my source did not show. As a retired Coast Guardsman, I have a real interest that all things 'Coast Guard' get represented on WP fairly and accurately, and your assistance has helped.
There is one bothersome detail about Shepard; different sources list different birth dates and death dates! I wonder what is really right? I will continue with some more research and try to find the answers. If you find anything more concrete, please let me know on my talk page. Again, thanks for your interest. Trivial edits with AWB edit
I noticed 17 edits of Austro-Hungarian submarines articles in which you, using AWB, removed a single return character. May I remind you that the AWB Rules of Use suggest that you:
Avoid making insignificant or inconsequential edits such as only adding or removing some white space … because it wastes resources and clogs up watch lists.
(emphasis as in original). In all 17 cases, the extra return character was in place to prevent the clashing of the navbox template with the bottom of the references.
