افسانوی ادب کا مختصر تعارف

اُردو کا افسانوی ادب (خلاصہ) اردو کے افسانوی ادب کا آغاز صدیوں پرانا ہے۔ پہلے داستانیں منظر عام پر آئیں۔ پھر ناول لکھے گئے اور ان کے بعد افسانہ نگاری کی ابتدا ہوئی۔ داستانوں کا رواج ہمارے یہاں نسبتاً پرانا ہے ناول اور افسانے مغربی اثرات کا نتیجہ ہیں۔ جہاں تک ڈرامے کا تعلق ہے۔ اردو میں یہ نواب واجد علی شاہ کی ایجاد ہے۔ یہ شروع شروع میں لکھنو اور وہاں سے بنگال پہنچے اسطرح اردو ڈرامے کا باقاعدہ آغاز ہوا۔ داستان، ناول، افسانہ، اور ڈراما فنی اعتبار سے ہمارے یہاں ہندستان کے دوسرے افسانوی ادب کے مقابلے میں کافی ترقی یافتہ ہے بالخصوص داستان نگاری جو عربی و فارسی سے ترجمہ ہوئی ہیں اور طبع زاد بھی ہیں۔ ناول افسانہ اور ڈراما نگاری میں اہم تجربے بھی ہوئے ہیں۔ (طارق حمید ندوی) Tariq Nadwi (talk) 10:25, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
