Thanks for uploading File:059 Panorama overlooking camp from East.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Vinegar Hill, New Zealand

edit

The text you re-added was removed back in June for lack of sources, please do not add it back untill it can be sourced to a reliable source, I am sorry to say that your own account (or that of other WP editor) would not be regarded as reliable. Mtking (edits) 08:14, 6 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for finding sources for Vinegar Hill, New Zealand.

Talorc (talk)

It is now better referenced than many other articles on Wikipedia, and better referenced than how it had been left when the material I added had been deleted.

I also tried to link it to the LGBT New Zealand page, by adding the list of summer camps (Vinegar Hill, Autumn Farm, and Uretiti Beach), the Big Gay Out page (the only referenced item in that article), and the Rangitikei River page, by adding Vinegar Hill as a camping ground on the banks of the river. I think I did this properly, but am not sure what other pages to link to the Vinegar Hill page.

I've made some edits and I have confidence that much of it is appropriate and will stay. If you run into trouble again, you may wish to drop a note at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject New Zealand where there are some local (and hopefully friendly) people. Catherine Healy

edit

Hi, just a courtesy note that I have reverted your edits made at Catherine Healy (activist). Can I suggest you review WP:MINOR and WP:EDSUM? Schwede66 07:26, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry Schwede66, but I think I know Catherine a bit better than you. The BBC article is incorrect. She did not start work on the streets in 1972. To make this claim is false. Do you want Wikipedia to reflect false information from incorrect news articles or not? Furthermore, the Committee room at Westminster she spoke in was in the Commons, not the Lords. Again, incorrect reporting accepted as fact.

Wikipedia has only a passing acquaintance with truth, but is built upon verifiability. Unless you can find another, better source, then the BBC info stands. Stuartyeates (talk) 08:42, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Again Stuart, I definitely know Catherine far better than you. I discussed this change with her today. The only way to correct the reference is to delete the incorrect reference and the material it relates to.

I am sorry you stand for inaccuracy.

Again, I would ask you, would you rather something that is accurate and false stand, or would you rather the truth. Feel free to ring me at work tomorrow. You may even speak to Catherine when you do so: <phone number removed>

Thanks

i am sorry but I removed your comments from the Talk page. not a forum and all that. thanks. Jytdog (talk) 05:02, 24 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Yet, Jytdog, if you read some of the other comments, that's exactly what they are - asking questions about the drug, and others supplying answers - which is, in effect, a forum. If you want consistency, then I suggest you also delete the threads on Anxiety, Possible Reproductive Effects, off label use, How does Lyrica help nerves heal?, Contraindication with THC, and ANESTHESIA DOLOROSA.
Thanks

i only recently started watching that article and in response to your remarks above, i reviewed the Talk page. Most comments were about improving the article but you are right, there were comments there asking for medical advice. Those comments should have been removed or responded to simply, with WP:NOTFORUM and a note that we don't give medical advice in WP. All the comments were old so I archived the Talk page and will make sure the Talk page is used correctly going forward. Thanks for pointing that out. Jytdog (talk) 14:19, 24 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
