Hi it's nice to meet you. I'm a new old person on Wikipedia and last time I was here there was an article the wasn't yet translated into Chinese. It still isn't after 2 years! It's a fairly important article about the law in China. Are you a native Chinese speaker and if so would you be willing to translate the article? It's fairly short so won't be much work for you. If so, I'll tell you what it is. I would also look forward and be willing to collaborate with you on any articles that you're interested in. Speedy deletion nomination of Country Garden
