ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

edit
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:28, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

KasparBot@svwiki

edit

Hello! As your bot KasparBot has been inactive for over three years both globally and on Swedish Wikipedia, I have now removed the bot flag on svwiki according to local policy. If you should intend to use it again in the future, the bot flag could be reinstated by contacting a beaurocrat without the need for a formal request at sv:Wikipedia:Robotansökan. Sources or no sources for maps?

edit

Did you create maps showing the various pronunciations of some letters of the Arabic alphabet across the Arab world? If so, why is it that no sources were referenced? More generally, what is the policy on maps here? Whereas contributions to the text of articles in principle require substantial statements to be referenced, is it the case that anyone can create a map here without bothering to reference anything? If you answer, could you do it here? No talk page. Cheers. 178.51.126.153 (talk) 09:43, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Inactive bot account on da.wikipedia

edit

Hi! I'm going through accounts that have bot flags on the Danish Wikipedia. And there I have observed that your bot account da:User:KasparBot has not been used for several years on the Danish Wikipedia. I will remove the bot flag in 30 days if you don't report back that you plan to use it. Otherwise, the account can regain bot flags by notifying Wikipedia:Bot status request if you need it again.
