Rotrude of Treves edit

Hi, thanks for posting your comment. I am not familiar with the site you are using. I have found the rather large 3 volume set (weight about 35 lbs) The Royal Ancestry Bible Royal Ancestors of 300 Colonial American Families by Call very helpful, it has loads of individuals, some as far back as around the year 300, pretty cool. Your recent edits edit

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 13:50, 9 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Raymond IV edit

Yes I'm aware of that other Raymond, but Raymond of St. Gilles has been known as Raymond IV for the past hundred years and more, and he's far more famous and important than the other guy. Adam Bishop 22:13, 9 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think the way it is done on the Counts of Toulouse page is satisfactory. Call the new interpolated Raymond "Raymond Pons", ans leave the rest of them numbered as they were. Raymonds IV, V, VI, and VII are all very well known with their usual numbers; there is no reason to give them new ones. Adam Bishop 03:57, 10 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Your new article edit

Hello there, Sundehul. :-) From your edit summary, I see that you are very excited in creating your new article, Aymer of Angoulême! While the article is a good start, there are a few minor things that should be improved upon. For example, the article lacks a clear, descriptive introductory paragraph and it also lacks in-line citations. Take a look at the Manual of Style for a list of requirements on wikipedia pages, and also use Featured Articles as models so you can incorporate the elements of them into your article. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me on your talk page! Happy editing. :-) --cremepuff222 00:59, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

[1]... Please take a look at this. :-) Also, please make sure that you leave an edit summary in all of your edits. While this isn't required, it lets others know what your intentions are. --cremepuff222 01:15, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for the feedback. There isn't an in-line citation in English, only French and I know very little French. I try to keep a Wikipedia article short, informative and simple, allowing other editors to make improvements and add citations/references on it eventually. Make sense? :) Sundehul 01:17, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Hehe, alrighty then. Maybe when I get the time I'll work on it a bit. --cremepuff222 02:09, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
When you look up my user page, see the first four rules, especially no. 4. Most important. Kind regards. Sundehul 02:24, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
