Five things that I value highly about the history and public information of events, persons and things within Wikipedia:
- 1 - Appropriate, factual information, whether recorded or documented.
- 2 - Solid & substantiated
- 3 - Concise and helpful
- 4 - Encourage further researches or investigations so to improvise
- 5 - Promote knowledge and awareness
Five things that I loathe about people using Wikipedia to:
- 1 - Manipulate information for inappropriately juvenile, political, suspicious or nefarious purposes
- 2 - spread bias or hate
- 3 - spread disinformation or dishonesty
- 4 - promote inaccuracy or vagueness of information to confuse/upset or mislead people
- 5 - Be an one-sided fundamentalist with an ax of Ignorance to grind with
Deny ignorance.
I have a B.A. degree in Fine Arts from Gallaudet University, with secondary studies on government and history.
