User:Alexikoua is a Greek contributor that covers lots of topics relating Epirus for both the Albanian and the Greek side. He is an experienced editor and usually properly sources his edits. He is also fairly communicative and it seems like he has been to Albania some times. I suggest you talk to him in a talk page and he will give you the reasons of his edits. I also suggest that if you strongly feel for an edit you properly source it. Thank you for letting me know and please feel free to contact me for anythin you may have. --Sulmues Let's talk 19:44, 30 April 2010 (UTC) Oh, I saw that you were reverted by FPS in Old French. I think he is right on that and there are a lot of things we can learn from him. --Sulmues Let's talk 21:39, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Wldkrfthwoeirowcnd.png

Thank you for uploading File:Wldkrfthwoeirowcnd.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 17:20, 1 May 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 17:20, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

Report

Athenean (talk · contribs) has reported you here [1] so you may want to reply.--— ZjarriRrethues — talk 13:43, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Source please

Could you please source the Cham settlements that you brought to Chameria? They link to other places... --Sulmues Let's talk 22:02, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for providing that source. Also, I think you should revert yourself in the Capture of Klisura Pass article, the reason being that the sources have it with its Byzantine name. No problem there, if we can't change the name of the article, we can safely suggest that the Albanian name be mentioned, but for now it's time that you revert yourself. --Sulmues Let's talk 23:51, 2 May 2010 (UTC)
Made the revert myself. Hope you don't mind. Right now we have too many sources with Klisura Pass and less with Kelcyre George, but in the future we might find other sources and change the name of the article. For now Capture of Klisura Pass should stay, it's early to have an article change. You might want to be interested in participating in Wikipedia:Albanian and Greek wikipedians cooperation board where we'll bring all of our problems with the Greeks, and will be able to avoid any wikiwars. All we want is that Albania is well represented in Wikipedia. --Sulmues Let's talk 01:28, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:U1 Manastir.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the GFDL-self tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 14:30, 4 May 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 14:30, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

Pal Engjelli

Si je? Before creating an article you should check if it exists like the case of Pal Engjëlli. Good job on Rebellion of Albanon (1257-1259).--— ZjarriRrethues — talk 16:07, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

Hi and thanks/Please come to board

Maximus, please see what is being said here before you make any changes. We are all in a 1RR until 30 of June, don't forget. We don't want to lose any valuable Albanian contributors like you because of blocks or bans. There is no need to do any edit warring. If you have an improvement that is Albanian-Greek related, just bring it to the board, obtain consensus, and then make the change. It might look lengthy, but it will actually save us time, because we'll avoid edit-warring. --Sulmues Let's talk 15:29, 10 May 2010 (UTC)

Just draft it and then I'll review and help so that we both get the DYK nominations. I just wrote Parashqevi Qiriazi, please let me know your thoughts. And leave Alexikoua alone for a while. --Sulmues Let's talk 19:38, 12 May 2010 (UTC) user:Future Perfect at Sunrise is an admin and one of the best Wikipedians around, so please see what he does very carefully, because we are lucky to have him contribute in Albanian articles. New

Warning

This edit of yours is completely unacceptable [2]. You blanket reverted me without any explanation, even though my edits substantially improved the prose of the article. It is quite evident you are following me around and looking for opportunities to spite me. The next time this happens, I will go to WP:AE and I will ask for the strictest possible penalty to applied to you, SPI or not. Do I make myself clear? Athenean (talk) 22:28, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

Why don't you fix it yourself, since it was a "mistake"? If you don't revert yourself, I will take that as bad faith on your part report you to WP:AE where I will ask that you be topic banned. Athenean (talk) 22:50, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
No need to be rude my friend. What is the problem? Stupidus Maximus (talk) 22:52, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
One more such "mistake" and it's WP:AE. Athenean (talk) 22:57, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

Tendentious editing in Lunxhëri

Can you please explain me why you completely removed 3 the word 'Greek' from the main prose of the article? Mysteriously the sources remained. For example you changed this:During World War I and the interwar period, many families of ethnic Greek origin and of Greek consciousness, left the area, into this: During World War I and the interwar period, many families migrated or left the area, while the source is quite clear. Someone can conclude that this is just a highly nationlistic pov cleanup.Alexikoua (talk) 23:25, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

The quote is given in the article: These fluid identities were to be crystallised at the time of the creation of the Albanian state (1913) and during the process of Albanisation that followed. Lunxhëri was actually included in the definition of Northern Epirus as a land of Hellenism that should have been given to the Greek state in 1913, and many families left the area, and Albania, during and after the First World War, to avoid becoming citizens of the new Albanian state. These people are called in Albanian propaganda filogrek. and you mysteriously made a cleanup removing the word 'Greek' everywhere from the article.Alexikoua (talk) 23:33, 18 May 2010 (UTC)

You still need to restore tha initial form of the sentence, since you can't really give an explanation about this.Alexikoua (talk) 07:08, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

Tendentious editing in Lunxhëri #2

Have you ever though to use googlebooks 4, instead of blind reverting?Alexikoua (talk) 21:10, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

'Këllez', he was nephew of Poutetsis & fought together during Ottoman rule in the mountains.Alexikoua (talk) 21:13, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

About Poutetsis, his article has 3 verified sources. On the other hand it is clear that Kristo Stoja, Harrilla Rebi& Aleks Basho have '0' googlebooks hits. In case you don't add a verifiable source they need to go.Alexikoua (talk) 21:18, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

5 p. 21, assume you know Greek.Alexikoua (talk) 21:21, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

Suppose this means, 'I insist on being tendentious again'. Since this is verified I'll make the essential adjustments.Alexikoua (talk) 21:30, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user working on articles concerning the Balkans. Before any such sanctions are imposed, editors are to be put on notice of the decision. This notice is not to be taken as implying any inappropriate behaviour on your part, merely to warn you of the Arbitration Committee's decision. Thank you.

I have had it up to here with your juvenile trolling and mocking of other users. It is impossible to have a meaningful discussion with you. You immediately start trolling and mocking whoever engages you, and make it a point avoid answering their questions. This is very disruptive. IF I see one more instance of such behavior, I will take you to WP:AE where I will ask for a long topic ban. You have been warned I don't know how many times, this is your final warning. Careful

Here, you called Grigorios Mantzaris a "nobody". This sort of rudeness does not help ill-feeling: Mr Mantzaris presumably did exist, was a revolutionary, died in 1912, etc. He may even meet notability criteria if print sources can be found. Or perhaps he doesn't meet notability criteria.

But either way, he's not a "nobody". This may be "unverifiable", though.

I expect you to apologize for your poor choice of words on the article's talk page. DS (talk) 11:27, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
