Request reason:

Please explain in detail why I have been blocked, and refer to guidelines I have broken. All I have done is add links to other wikipedia pages that interest me. I have read over all of the Wikipedia Guides eg. WP:DE ad have not found anything i did that was 'disruptive' or an 'abuse of editing privileges'. Your link additions are dubious at best, and almost seem as if you are gaming the system to obtain advanced permissions. Request reason:

I have been busy during the summer and did not see that I had been blocked, not that it has any relevance to the basic edits I started making as I was learning how to use wikipedia. On what belief do you have that I was trying to game the system, surely I wouldn't wait this long to appeal the decision if that were the truth. StattoSteven (talk) 23:02, 9 September 2024 (UTC)

You know, let's see what happens if I unblock you. Your earlier edits violated the overlinking guideline and I'm curious how you came to join WikiProjects and create a user page as your first edits (or even the veracity of what you wrote on your user page, but ... I noticed that you got in trouble before anybody could greet you here. Please read a bit before editing. As for linking to current countries: we don't do that, per WP:OVERLINK. I may have reverted one of your attempts.
