I agree -- this looks really good! You might add some material about some of the cases that deal with plain view and sense-enhancement, like Kyllo or the concurrence in Jardines. This looks great! I particularly liked how you cited difficulties in defining “unintended discovery” with law reviews. That will be really helpful. Similarly, your further reading section will be useful for anyone interested in the field.
