This is really great! I’m very impressed. I would start the decision section with a little more on what the Fourth Circuit’s decisions are, keeping in mind that Wikipedia readers may skip down to a section they think is relevant without reading the whole page. I found the last sentence of your dissent section somewhat confusing, but that may be because you’re still planning to explain it a little more and haven’t gotten to it yet.
