Hello, I'm Wesley Mouse. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Turkvision Song Contest 2016 without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Even though Kumyks live within Dagestan, both Dagestan and Kumyk are taking part as separate entries, and not "joint-entities". Wes Mouse  ^T@lk 20:45, 18 October 2016 (UTC)

• Source verifies Kumyk national selection date.
• Source verifies Kumyk confirms participation, no mention of Dagestan in that list. Although the Kumyk people originate from North Dagestan.
• Another source which verifies Kumyk, and not as "Dagestan".

• Furthermore, GTRK Dagestan are responsible for the entry of Dagestan. МКО Qumuqlar are organising the entry for Kumyk. Even this source verifies that Kumyk are participating as an individual entrant, separate from Dagestan, as the Kumyk people come from across North Ossetia, Chechnya and Moscow (according to the official source). Eurovision 2018 content

Just a couple of things that I have noticed going on at Eurovision Song Contest 2018. 1) as much as I agree in your decision of removing Spain from provisional list. The content should really have been moved to the other countries section, as there are published sources regarding Spain and Eurovision 2018. That is what the section is designed for. 2) be extremely careful of edit warring, and more important of avoiding the 3-revert rule. The edit war between yourself and another user in regards to the Slovenian content has already reached 2-reverts each, which is a clear sign of edit warring and can lead to either or both user's being blocked temporarily. So take this as a head's up warning. If you find yourself in a content dispute, make sure you follow bold, revert, discuss procedures, and avoid edit wars and 3RR violations. I'd suggest opening dialogue at Talk:Eurovision Song Contest 2018 and invite Jjj1238 to engage in discussions over the content. You may find other editor's will join in and share their opinions. Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018

Just to clarify, on 13 October 2017, Bulgaria's national broadcaster BNT claimed they were determined to return to Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018. On 19 May 2018, the broadcaster wrote on Twitter that "At this stage we are not planning a return to Junior Eurovision", meaning that returning wasn't the first thing they had in mind. Please don't color Bulgaria in yellow on the map. There's a possibility they BNT will reverse that decision in the coming weeks. 96.227.141.184 (talk) 23:53, 25 May 2018 (UTC)

Hey, thank you for your feedback. I coloured Bulgaria yellow because as it seems like now, they will not return. The source confirms it. But of course, if the Bulgarian team announces a return, we still have the option to colour Bulgaria purple or green, but for now they're out. So Hood 10:48, 26 May 2018 (UTC)

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, So Hood. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
