[1] This is where I got the information that Austria and Hungary had opened embassies in Podgorica. Canadian Bobby 15:36, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

French Embassy in Montenegro edit

For you:

Embassy of the Republic of France

Mr. Yves Barelli, Chargé d’Affaires a.i.

Hercegovačka 10

81 000 Podgorica

Tel/fax 665 148,665 149

[2] <== I had that linked as a source when you undid my edit and claimed that I didn't have an official source. It's to the Montenegrin Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Although I don't have a date, this would pretty well indicate that France has established diplomatic relations with Montenegro, as you don't have an embassy or a resident diplomatic envoy, regardless of rank, in a state with which you do not have official relations.

Turkey and the Diplomatic Missions by Country articles edit

A comprimise which I have suggested to some Turkish wikipedians, and is probably the most sensible option, is for us to organise countries to continents according to the United Nations Geoscheme. All Middle East countries, Cyprus, Turkey, Central Asia and Caucusus countries would be listed as "Asia". This practice is consistent with the airline articles. December 2009 edit

I have reverted the recent edit you made to Copenhagen Airport. Per the project standards and guidelines, we need actual dates before adding new services to destination lists. The cited source says nothing about a start date; it only says flights will start after the summer schedule comes into effect. The sumer schedule is in effect from March to November. Feel free to add once an actual start date is known. Thanks, Jasepl (talk) 06:56, 28 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'm happy to mediate Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal/Cases/2010-08-15/List of the busiest airports in Europe. In addition to you, who else is involved in the dispute? Thanks! Hipocrite (talk) 15:35, 27 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

List of diplomatic missions of Madagascar edit

Reverting an edit and then doing it again against 2 contributors is called edit-war. We are talking here about embassies, not consulates. An embassy is always a representation for a country, not a city or region. If me mention the location at all, we should do it correctly. --Gereon K. (talk) 11:44, 15 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Diplomatic Missions by Country articles edit

Hi Sir Tanx, one new contributor would like the DMBC articles to list as diplomatic missions the representatives of Polisario, an organisation advocating for the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, within the Sahrawi DMBC article. I have no problems with genuine missions of the SADR being listed, but I think most of the representatives listed cannot be considered diplomatic missions under the loosest of definitions (such as the 19 in Spain). Do you think we should list as diplomatic missions the representatives of political organisations? Or do you think this would be a radical departure from the definitions we have been using? Feel free to investigate his side of the story at Talk:List of diplomatic missions of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic. Kransky (talk) 16:34, 23 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thank you! edit

Palestine edit

It's actualy an embasy according to these.[3][4] As for your link, it does not exist? Anyway, there was no need for you to come on so strongly against me. AcidSnow (talk) 09:39, 8 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi AcidSnow. I'm sorry that you feel that I came on strongly against you. That was not intended, but in any case I apologise. The articles you refer to are in fact misinterpretations of the original press release issued by the mission in question, i.e. the Palestine Mission in Dublin [5]. It specifically states that "The Irish government has upgraded the status of the General Delegation of Palestine in Ireland to the Mission of Palestine, headed by an Ambassador". In other words, it is a mission but not a full-fledged embassy (at least, not yet). The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs specifically entitles the representation "PALESTINIAN MISSION" [6]. Edting of Singapore diplomatic missions edit

Faroe Islands History edit

Greetings. Several times before the information I edited, the article states that Norway controlled the Faroes for several hundred years until the nineteenth century. That makes the claim that Denmark implemented the Reformation in the Faroes circa 1538 impossible. That's the rationale for the edit. Regards. Tapered (talk) 20:57, 31 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
