Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... i wish to create and spread awareness about menace of substance abuse among the people of india. we ar NGO working in this field to help addicts and alcoholics.

While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you.
