ArbCom 2017 election voter message

Hello, Sidaq pratap. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Rollback granted

You have been granted the "rollbacker" permission on the basis of your recent effort on dealing with vandalism. The rollback is a revert tool which can lessen the strains that normal javascripts such as Twinkle put on the Wikipedia servers. Disney channel

What I have saw, Digi21 and some small operators have Indian Disney Channel. But they may be giving the channel in improper way through Indian DTH STB. I have not checked fully. But the ones mentioned in this article (http://m.theindependentbd.com/arcprint/details/81223/2017-02-17) are giving the Southeast Asian version. User 261115 (talk) 08:58, 11 January 2018 (UTC)

@User 261115: I think you also from subcontinent so you know how cable operators illegally transmit channels so even if some operators are carrying Disney channel India, it does not make Bangladesh part of the broadcasting territory. I Think we should wait for a more specific reliable source about the availability (legally or illegally) of the channel in the region as it it something which should not be allowed without a reliable source. Yes that’s what I’m trying to say. Right now don’t put the info in Disney channel India page as there’s no recent information yet. Like I said previously, the article that I linked the mentioned operators are carrying the SEA Disney Channel only so probably that’s legalised. User 261115 (talk) 09:31, 11 January 2018 (UTC)

About Trivia of Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!

Hi dear, according to this Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Trivia sections, we can write trivia information in other way like a better method of presentation can be determined. @Zafar24: Thank you for opening a discussion with Sidaq, who wasn't happy with the Trivia section (see Talk:Bhabi_Ji_Ghar_Par_Hai!#Editorial_content). MOS:TV represents community preference for for television articles, and that is the prevailing set of guidelines we should use. Per MOS:TV#Trivia sections, trivia sections are strongly discouraged. Looking at the section as of this version, some of the content isn't trivia. It's not trivia to explain why Shilpa Shinde left the series. That content belongs in the cast section, and it's already there. "Shilpa Shinde predicted that Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai will shut down without her." This is of very little long-term encyclopedic use and is probably the most trivial and useless pieces of information in that section. Some of the other content could be incorporated elsewhere in the article, but a statement like "She looks good and innocent at the same time" does not belong in there as it is currently presented. It's just improper tone for an encyclopedia, because it sounds like the encyclopedia is saying that she looks good and innocent, rather than the producers. @Karan suri: Bhabji Ji ghar par hain is currently on air so why should be it in formerly broadcast list and let me check about "Badi Devrani" it's not my edit and even it is wrong edit how can it justify all your previous edits. Please try to improve your edits by reading these policies Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Television, Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Neutral point of view as fighting with other users will not help you because anytime you edit, you agree to release your contribution under the CC BY-SA license and anyone can add, change or remove it. That's how Wikipedia works. You do not own the article - see WP:OWN for that and your argument will not be valid if you don't know the above mentioned rules. Who acquired Indiagames?

Regarding, Indiagames, how were they integrated into The Walt Disney Company India? Did UTV Software Communications acquired them as a subsidiary, or did Disney acquire them? because I'm finding conflicting sources. Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 20:30, 4 February 2018 (UTC)

@Iftekharahmed96: as per the sources available, UTV was majority share holder so indiagames were re-branded as UTV Indiagames and when Disney acquired UTV in 2011 they also bought the remaining shares of Indiagames and it became a property of Disney India but as I am not an expert of gaming related articles it would be better if you discuss this topic with an experienced user who is expert in this topic.Sidaq pratap (talk) 21:36, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
