edit

  Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Rock music, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. In this and several other edits you have made "gramatical" [sic] edits that in fact added grammar errors. Please be more careful, and check each thing you add so you don't introduce errors into articles. bonadea contributions talk 12:29, 18 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Adding to the comment above: it looks like you are maybe using a grammar checker such as Grammarly? Please be very careful when you use any kind of automatic language checker tool. If you don't understand exactly why each thing the tool flags is considered to be incorrect, you are very likely going to add errors to articles – such as here, where the edit added a spelling error (the name is Seeters, not Setters) as well as a grammar error ("defining" takes the singular form of the verb, but it is common for automated tools to misunderstand that kind of construction.)   Hello, Shahram rezaei1356. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics‎‎, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.

The above message is a "form letter" copied from template:uw-coi.

Additional notes specific to you: Please suggest changes to Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics‎‎ on that article's talk page using the {{requested edit}} template Thank you. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 15:39, 2 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
