Use of a photograph of yours outside Wikipedia

Dear Mr. Cox:

I am glad to inform you that I have decided to use a picture of yours in order to illustrate my Website and other commercial projects.

The picture was taken from Wikimedia Commons, and as I understand it, you uploaded that picture in that server with the intent to share it with others.

Of course, due credit is given.
