Format issues too

Allan Johnson his a highly respected sailor in the Puget Sound region and has a Sailing Blog related to everything sailing in the Seattle local area. Therefore I believe that this blog referance is within the guidelines.

I'll leave it to a secondary reviewer to look over your references, but generally blogs are not admissible unless they're peer-reviewed, or official blogs of recognised organisations (see WP:BLOGS). Right now your sourcing isn't ideal since it's club pages and whatnot (to my non-sailor eye).

Regardless, your formatting really needs improvement, as it's making the article hard to review. Whether you hit Resubmit now or later, you really want to tidy up your formatting per the guidelines I gave on the page, to make it easier to read and review.
