Unacceptable license

I see that you tagged a number of images for deletion as having an unacceptable license. So far I looked at:

• File:Aleksandrov BA.jpg
• File:KVinogradov BAlexandrov VAlexandrov.jpg
• File:IvanISavchuk.jpg
