Religion in infoboxes

You may not be aware but the Wikipedia community made a decision not to include Religion in biographical infoboxes except in cases where it represented a significant aspect of the subject's identity (a priest, saint, pope, rabbi, imam, etc.) or when "directly tied to the person's notability." Do you mean on the pages of crusaders? It may depend on the crusader. Just as not everyone who fought for the north in the US Civil War was an abolitionist, not everyone involved in the crusades did so because they had meaningful ties to religion.
