No idea why my account has been blocked. Mistaken identity based on IPs?

Decline reason:

First, you sort of contradict yourself ... your second sentence acknowledges that sockpuppetry is the basis for the block, so you do have an idea why you're blocked. As for the sockpuppetry specifically, the participants in the SPI were pretty sure that there was behavioral evidence as well as technical evidence. — Daniel Case (talk) 08:01, 12 January 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:

Case of confused identity. I don't know anything about these people and I don't see my account being discussed by anyone, nor behavioral evidence. Maybe due to the location from where I'm editing? Please unblock me, not the same person. Mistakes happen.
