Proposed deletion of Clive Lilley edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Clive Lilley, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Non notable

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Spontaneous prose edit

Hi. I recently redirected the article Spontaneous prose, which you created, to the article Jack Kerouac. I did this because I couldn't find enough reliable references to indicate that it could meet Wikipedia's general notability guideline and merit a standalone article. If you disagree and can cite some reliable sources discussing the term, feel free to revert my edit and restore the article. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask here, at my talk page, or at the help desk. Thanks, and happy holidays! – Hysteria18 (Talk • Contributions) 22:09, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Commercial links as references edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:17, 16 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
