Ms Allen, we allow substantial leeway for what can be done with userspace. But it's not total leeway. The page you created talked about how difficult today's work environment is, and how important it therefore is for people to hire Rita Young Allen because she can fix things and make employees happier, etc.
That is promotional material.
I also note that you said you intend to regularly contribute to Wikipedia. While you are certainly welcome to do that, I note that you created the page on December 13 and it was blanked by user:Mean as custard on December 14... and it was only on January 12 that I got around to deleting it. I am so sorry for the content being promotional material. I would like to re-start my page and labor to post material that will be permissible. It is important for me to have a Wikipedia page.
