Welcome! edit

Hello, Reikosimmons, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Adam and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Your lead section is great, checks all the boxes and does a pretty good job remaining neutral. The headings of the sections are good, but I might consider changing the heading placement of the legislation simply because it comes after history but then continues on with more history. The section about advocacy and leadership might need to be renamed because the content is only about new articles or newspapers. Content is great, the article is engaging and thorough.

Article draft edit

I moved your article back to User:Reikosimmons/sandbox. Wikipedia already has a Unisex public toilet; you need to carefully integrate your changes into that article instead of creating a new duplicate article.
