It may not have been your intention, but one of your edits may have introduced material that some consider controversial. Due to this, your edits may have been reverted. When adding material that may be controversial, it is good practice to first discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them, to gain consensus over whether or not to include the text, phrasing, etc. If you believe that the information you added was correct, please initiate that discussion. Please wait to the RfC at Talk:Middlebury, Connecticut closes before re-adding pushpin maps. JJBers 17:36, 20 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Adding sections in City articles

edit

Hello, ReggaeMan567. thanks for your engagement in Wikipedia. Please keep in mind that one cannot simply add new sections in City articles, particularly not of major city ones. Moreover a standard of style, verification and alignment is needed.--Joobo (talk) 09:15, 24 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Morro Bay, California, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 18:46, 24 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi ReggaeMan, you might find the Wikipedia:Tutorial useful as it'll give you some ideas about how to edit. If you have any questions feel free to ask me. Couple more things to help you, at the top of talk pages there's a "New section" link, if you click on that it'll give you a new section to add your message in (we generally add new messages in a new section at the bottom of the page). Also, make sure that you sign posts on talk pages, have a look at WP:TILDE for how to that. As I said, if you have a questions, please feel free to ask.   Hello, ReggaeMan567, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as 71.94.50.125 (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who use multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 10:16, 30 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Jusdafax. I noticed that in this edit to Morro Bay, California, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jusdafax 09:02, 14 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Your edits are remarkably similar to this editor. Magnolia677 (talk) 11:23, 15 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
