Sorry, I'm newly registered after about a year of editing articles in my areas of expertise (under I.P. address 67.82.118.211). Hopefully I'm doing this correctly (posting a message this way). I would welcome any comments on this or other articles where I have made significant contributions, and hope to be able to contribute regularly in the future within Wikipedia guidelines.

Stephen M. Sweeney edits edit

Thanks for the kind note regarding my edits to Sweeney and Moriarty (and I think I fixed the wording issue you were refering to). I have worked on every single one of the articles for all of the 40 senators and 80 assembly members in New Jersey. While it is incredibly difficult to do so, the Wikipedia mandate on WP:NPOV is a fundamental dictate in keeping the product useful. Where controversies exists, they should be portrayed fairly from both sides, using reliable sources wherever possible. One only has to look at the Thomas Kean Jr. and Robert Menendez articles relating to their upcoming face-off in the New Jersey United States Senate election, 2006 to see this policy gone bad. P.S. remember to sign your talk comments with four tildes "~~~~" so that your "signature will appear with a date/time stamp. Thanks again for all of your efforts. Check out WP:NJ for an effort I started that now has almost 50 people working on all things related to New jersey. Diebold Election Systems edit

Thanks for writing that paragraph. It shows up on Diebold Election Systems#Security issues (which is where I'd intended to move it - thanks for fixing that). I'm not sure I see any current problem. Please let me know if there's still anything that needs fixing. Cheers, -Will Beback 22:19, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

trivia addition on Back to the Future edit

It's not so much that the wording of what you added is a problem, but it's that this article had a huge trivia section before and basically a few key facts were adsorbed into the rest of the article, the rest deleted (But still on the talk page so you can see what it was). Generally, WP articles should avoid trivia sections if possible. (As a note, the first addition you added is definitely appropriate for a site like MovieMistakes.com which tracks those, but generally such info is considered extraneous for WP articles unless it has some significant impact). --Masem 13:11, 15 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
