April 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Eurovision Song Contest 2011, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to Eurovision Song Contest 2011. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. CT Cooper · talk 22:41, 27 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Eurovision Song Contest 2012 edit

Please use the "show changes" to check what you are reverting before clicking "save page" as a courtesy to other editors who have contributed to the article. You did not appear to be do this with your recent edits to Eurovision Song Contest 2012, as this diff shows. You reverted changes to reference formatting and the addition of sourced content about a national selection without any apparent reason. I have now fixed this for you, but if I hadn't of noticed it quickly it would have been far more difficult to fix. On a side note, I have responded to your comments at Talk:Eurovision Song Contest 2012#news.az is an unreliable source. I have acknowledged your position, but Wikipedia uses consensus not voting to make content decisions, and your position would be strengthened by giving a reason for a position, with reference to policies and guidelines. November 2011 edit on ESC 2012 article. edit

Hi there, I notice you made this edit quoting that it is "speculations, but NO official source neither on participating nor on withdraw". Are the official rules published by the EBU, to which was used as sourcing, no longer classified as "official sourcing"? There is also an on-going discussion regarding Italy in the current article. Removal of the paragraph regarding Italy should not have been done, whilst this discussion is in mid-progress. Therefore, I shall revert the edit for now, until an outcome on the article talk page is reached. Regards & Happy Editing! - Wesley Mouse (talk) 16:51, 28 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
