Welcome! edit

Hello, Ramenwik, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Desmond Amofah, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Proposed deletion of Desmond Amofah edit

The article Desmond Amofah has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of meeting WP:CREATIVE or WP:ENT, fails WP:BIO.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. April 2018 edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Wikipedia:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Drm310 🍁 (talk) 05:26, 28 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

Astral Chain moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Astral Chain, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ... discospinster talk 23:04, 13 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

September 2019 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Terry Bogard, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. If you want the article to contain info about him being in Smash Bros, please don't delete everything else in the article. ProManglementer (talk) 18:57, 3 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Images edit

Stop replacing VG character lead images with their most recent look. That is not how we do it on Wikipedia. We use the most recognizable and iconic outfit or design, not the most recent. TarkusABtalk/contrib 21:53, 12 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Cloud Strife Remake Render.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Cloud Strife Remake Render.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:28, 13 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Missing cites in Naumachia Vaticana edit

The article cites " Ball Platner 1929", "Jordan & Hülsen 1907", "Boise van Deman 1912", and "Carcopino 1932" but no such sources are listed in bibliography. Can you please add proper bibliography? Also, suggest installing a script (explained at Category:Harv and Sfn no-target errors) to highlight such errors in the future. Thanks, Renata (talk) 06:16, 23 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
