Hello, I'm Chris troutman. I noticed that you recently removed some content from West Hollywood, California without thoroughly explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry: I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. GA icons

edit

Hello,

Thanks for helping out with GA nominations. There is no need to add the GA icon manually, however, and in fact it seems like it's causing some problems. When a GA is promoted via changing the template on the talk page, Legobot comes by to perform a few tasks, including adding the icon. Since you added the icon manually, it seems like Legobot skipped those articles. Looking into it -- and certainly that's something that Legobot should fix -- but best not to do so in the future. Thanks. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 23:47, 19 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

But those recently promoted good articles were already listed in this page before anyone had added the GA icon to them. I had to do this work.--Raamaturott (talk) 07:02, 20 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
That page is handled by a different bot, LivingBot. Legobot just takes a little longer sometimes. There's no need to add them manually. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 14:01, 20 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
