Catalac Catamarans

edit

Re Catalac Catamarans:Thank you for your edits, except one - Notability tag. For many years from the mid-1960s Catalac was the UK's leading catamaran producer. Even now, almost all of their products are still operational (like LandRover). The design and production methods were highly influential. The two books cited show the notability. Please reconsider this tag, which I feel is ill-advised and unfair. And best wishes for the Yuletide festivities! Arrivisto (talk) 17:00, 24 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi. I'm just letting you know that I have removed a PROD template you placed on this article: Meets notability per WP:CREATIVE (#4). If you still believe this article should be deleted, please consider WP:AfD. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 20:40, 30 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi. I'm just letting you know that an administrator has declined a CSD G5 template you placed on this article: declined, there were no sanctions against the author when they created this page. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 22:15, 30 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

New Page Patrolling

edit

Thank for your concerns about the quality of new pages. Many of your edits involve the application of maintenance tags. While it is generally assumed that this work be carried out by experienced editors only, who are authorised to decline new pages or mark them as patrolled, you may wish to read WP:NPR and the complex tutorial at WP:NPP in order to learn more about the process and avoid errors. When you have sufficient experience, you may wish to apply for the user right which will provide you with access to the tools created for this purpose, rather than Twinkle which is not specifically recommended for new articles. Elliott Broidy

edit

Dear R333ct0r, My revisions and edits to Mr. Elliott Broidy Wikipedia page are based on accurate, current, and reliable sources from highly trusted American and international media such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, BBC, CNBC, Al Jazeera, Los Angeles Times, Bloomberg, Politico, New York Magazine, New York Daily News, Esquire, Buzzfeed, The Huffington Post, The Times of Israel, OCCRP, and many others. Additionally, there are public records available in open source that support the revisions I have made. Material about Elliot Broidy has been written with the greatest care and attention to verifiability, neutrality, and avoidance of original research. At the same time, respectfully, your edits are aimed at hiding important information about the life and professional benchmarks of Elliott Broidy; your revisions are outdated, incorrect and misleading as to information about the areas of his business and life. No source confirms that he is or was a philanthropist and venture capitalist. Therefore, attributing to him this fake activity is pure PR, and an attempt to hide the truth. Andrew Klavan - please be more specific and stop WP:DIS

edit

Hi, I don't see how that particular section violates WP:BLP, WP:NPOV, WP:RS, WP:SYNTH. I'm more than happy to edit to the text to ensure compatibility with WP standards. As I asked you before, please be more specific about your concerns and stop WP:DIS. The article simply quotes an original tweet (primary source) by Andrew Klavan who was responding to a Vox article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sisyphus4ever (talkcontribs) 21:41, 11 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
