September 2019 reverting

It's good to see that you're asking for opinions. Literally can edit in Wikipedia without any issues. So, there's no problem in editing, for you. Just make sure that you don't remove a large chunk of cited material. I noticed that you inserted some links, don't add any links in the main article body, you can use them as a reference and add them in the external links section(only if necessary). Adding links other than this is considered as spam or promotion. Add genuinely referenced material, and you're good to go. Try looking at different wikipedia rules and regulations, you'll find no problems if you follow those (If you've any issues or question you can ask me.)
