Sogyal Rinpoche

edit

Hello. I've reverted your changes to Sogyal Rinpoche. This is important information that should be assessed, but it needs to be handled differently. Wikipedia has strong rules and guidelines about how we cover living people (see Wikipedia:Biographies of living people). In general, content needs to be carefully covered from a neutral point of view (WP:NPOV). This means that editorializing and "scare-quotes" are not acceptable. Additionally, sources must be reliable, so youtube clips are seldom usable, especially not for calling someone "disgraced". Your changes are still in the article's history. I invite you to discuss these changes at the article's talk page, Talk:Sogyal Rinpoche, before you restore them. Thanks. Grayfell (talk) 09:47, 11 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

I've restored some of the information you added. Again, I invite you to start a discussion on the article's talk page if you think this needs further discussion. Thanks. Grayfell (talk) 10:05, 11 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
