Hero ('per say') :)

Hi there :D Just enquiring into changing 'per say [sic]' to 'per se' :) I'm all very new to this :) However, correct me if I'm wrong, aren't 'per se' and 'per say', phonetically speaking, identical? :) How is the conclusion being drawn that she said 'per say' when the message wasn't encoded on a written medium and I as such feel we can't assume that she confused 'say' for 'se'? :) Again I've only recently started doing edits of this nature and so I look forward to your reply as I clearly as of yet to do not understand how such matters are discerned and I'm sure you have reasoning behind your edit :) Thanks in advance :D Never Too Far (talk) 10:00, 16 November 2011 (UTC)

How are you Nathan? Just saw what you wrote. Do you think I should make a separate article for the video of "Countdown"? I have saved many sources about the references it contains (actually the whole video is a reference. lol And it contains a key scenes which shows 10 duplicates of Beyonce), controversy and OMG, it appeared on numerous critics' list of best videos which I have not put in the article of the song yet. Hey Jivesh! :) Well, to be completely to honest, I think the article looks just fine the way it is (even possibly a little too much unnecessary detail). I think you should leave it the way it is - even possibly trimming it s bit - and then maybe integrating some main points on its "critical" and year-end accomplishments. Okay cool. We Found Love is dominating charts at the moment, but she needs to promote You Da One, and Talk That Talk is about to be released. I'm not surprised WHYB hasn't been released it, because it is basically a WFL Pt. 2, you don't want to release a song after the other which are so incredibly similar, as people may not buy it. That's true, but a major issue at the moment. TTT is plummeting down the charts around the world, due to the lack of a current strong single and promotional push (why is she in flipping Hawaii smokin' reefer instead of promoting??). Also, while "WHYB" is similar, its what people like from her. Obviously they didn't like the slower, more Island-flavored Rihanna ("YDO" tanked). I don't know, I still say she needs a strong club-themes song to propel the project. Looking forward to seeing Madonna's album and single sales/performance. I really can't imagine her single being anything more than a flop. I still remember reading a review for it in an article, and it made me laugh greatly. He wrote "A 31-year-old man from Spain has been arrested for leaking Selena Gomez's embarrassing B-side track Madonna's upcoming single 'Gimmie All Your Luvin'." Lol. Yeah, tbh I was really disappointed. She's kinda done what Madonna did with GMAYL with Nicki and MIA, by having two younger rappers to make it seem more appealing. The original didn't captivate me at all and she full voice just sounded scratchy. I don't even think it's a rehash of anything from 2006, or ever. DFAU and TEOM re-release had solid songs on them. But then again, I was bowled over by the Vintage Throwback Remix. She uses her vocals so much more, and I love it. That should have been the single. Aaron • ^{You Da One} 11:58, 4 August 2012 (UTC)

I need your help in maintaining the article too. Editors, one in particular, are running amock, adding original research to the remixes and release table, adding twitter sources from Carey's account, removing reliable sources, adding non formatted references, generally poor MoS issues.
