Talk That Talk deluxe cover

Why does the cover fail the non-free criteria. It's drastically different from the standard one? — Tomica1111 • Question Existing? 21:31, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

Its not that the cover has to be very different, it has to serve some purpose and help the reader understand something. The only way I can see this being justified is if there is some drama or lawsuit over the cover, or some kind of Catholic group bans it etc. Look at Gaga's The Fame Monster for an example. I have replied to the MC/JB song on my talk pageeee. Also, could you archive reference 35 (Dev dominates dance...) on the We Found Love article please, because when next weeks chart beat is published, it overwrites the previous week and that info becomes lost and thus cannot be used in the article, and this reference has important info in it for the US Dance and Pop charts debuts. Nathan as i told you, i am doing my best to keep away from Wikipedia,. I only log in to revert nonconstructive edits. I was wondering if you could help me with something but the information is very technical. And because of this, i could not find someone who could help me. One month ago, i came across some recording and mixing information for Beyonce's song "Deja Vu", The information is here. Can you please organize and re-write it? The one for "Irreplaceable" has been done. The information was far less complicated and technical. The one for "Deja Vu" is not my cup of tea. I hate it when i am told that the lead i wrote is too long with the excuse that it should contain less than 3200 characters. I think there is another policy on Wikipedia which tells you that you may ignore rules sometimes but i have forgotten the wiki-link. Lol. Deluxe Edition cover art

on the page ((Talk That Talk)) there is a conflict about if the deluxe edition cover should be included or not. I believe it should be. you made a comment about how they wanted to add it just for eye candy and that it needs to deserve a purpose. I would like to respectfully argue that. The 2nd cover shows more information. in a real encyclopedia, about 3 pages cover one topic. we don't even have 1 yet. perhaps to favor both sides, we should stick it in a different place. look at ((Tha Carter IV)) . The deluxe cover is in the singles box. i dont think it should be there, but maybe the title and artwork section. it would be perfect there. Hey bud. I know you've worked hard on the article, and you've done some in-depth research. But hear me out: an album cannot satisfy the "comprehensive" FA criteria, IMO, if it lacks information on the album's writing, recording, and production. For these types of articles, the writing and recording is the second most important aspect of the album, behind the discussion of the album's song, music, instrumentation, and themes. I see many articles on Wikipedia with paragraphs of info about an album's promotion and live performances, and its commercial performance. But all that is secondary, and one can have a very comprehensive article without these sections. But you can't say an article is the best on Wikipedia if it lacks mention of how the album was made.

But with that said, I did a bit of research, and found this article, which may be of importance (focus on her answer to the question, "What was the writing process with this album?"). Also, click here and scroll down to the section "Full CD Listening Party for The Emancipation of Mim on AOL". The section states that the commentary on the songs (the commentaries were placed on the FAC page) are actually audio recordings from Carey that were played at a listening party. All of these appear on the AOL website. The texts were written out on mariahdailyjournal. I'm unable to find these recordings.

I'm tempted to think that you can still use these as sources, according to template:cite audio. Apparently the title of the video is the only required field. And the template would look something like this:
