Two problems with your edits edit

Greetings! There are two major problems with your edits to Penn State child sex abuse scandal that are causing them to be reverted:

  1. You've removed the formatting from the Grand jury investigation section header. The header should remain enclosed in equal signs to format it properly.
  2. The image you're trying to add is a copyright violation. It's clear that it comes from an AP photo, especially after comparing it with the properly-attributed photo at http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/07/jerry-sandusky-seeks-a-less-restrictive-prison_n_2260278.html#slide=1619761.

If you have questions or need assistance, please ask here or at Talk:Penn State child sex abuse scandal. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 04:05, 8 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

≠==Hello C.Fred!==

It is nice to see someone so active on here. I am happy that you have the mental energy to do this. Please accept a couple of constructive criticisms.

  †To avoid drawing undesired "edit wars", please simply supply a link to the copywritten photograph in the first place.

My apologies by the way.

  †Please view the entire article when there is an edit.

I will try to find another photograph †

Please review the three revert rule edit

Your recent editing history at Penn State child sex abuse scandal shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. —C.Fred (talk) 04:09, 8 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

This was entirely unitentional, and could have been avoided. I am a new user, sorry PersecutedChristian (talk) 05:52, 8 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

  Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 23:26, 8 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

January 2013 edit

  Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Stalking, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Acroterion (talk) 22:44, 9 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
