Moving articles and making a mess

I have a question regarding your SEPTA-related work. Did you have any consensus for this? There's now a huge mess when it comes to the Fox Chase and West Chester stuff that it almost likely will need to be reverted.

Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Chinatown, Montreal. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains under way. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject.
