It's simple, choose a new username which doesn't violate our username policy and refrain contributing promotional content. - INVISIBLE^knock! 15:20, 2 June 2016 (UTC)

Since you are a blocked user, you cannot just create a new account as that would be block evasion. The proper procedure here is to seek a change of user name to one that is acceptable (See WP:CHU for more).
