editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at 2018 Pacific typhoon season, you may be blocked from editing. We use only the Regional Specialized Meteorological Centers for information, in this case specifically the Japan Meteorological Agency. Going otherwise is interpreted here as vandalism. ~ KN2731 {t · c} 03:11, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at 2018 Pacific typhoon season. We do mean it. You will be reported, and likely blocked, the next time you do this. Jasper Deng (talk) 00:21, 2 September 2018 (UTC)

Request reason:
I hereby know that I am being blocked because of sock puppetry and repeated vandalism on 2018 Pacific Typhoon Season. I am very sorry about that and I will not do that again, and will only make useful contributions to Wikipedia's commonly viewed pages. Thank you for blocking me indefinitely, because this made me learn to not to vandalize pages of any kind. I will also make my account become a vandalism-free account. Also, at the sock-puppetry part, I created two different accounts before this: T.D.Monitor and T.D.Monitor2, but abandoned it after I forgot these passwords. I want to edit 2018 Pacific Typhoon Season and it's talk page, and especially my user page(I didn't create it yet despite the duration of my account)Owen912 (talk) 12:48, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Evading your block while requesting to be unblocked is clear bad faith. Request declined. 331dot (talk) 16:04, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
The block log mentions nothing about sock puppetry, only vandalism- so I take your statement here as an admission of sock puppetry. You will need to list any and all accounts you have used before an unblock can be considered. Please also be more specific about what it is that you want to edit if unblocked(such as what articles or topic areas you want to edit). 331dot (talk) 13:00, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
- Neither one of those usernames exist. It's not sock puppetry if you created an account due to abandoning a prior one. Maybe others will know more than I, but I see nowhere where you are accused of sock puppetry. 331dot (talk) 13:27, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
- T.D.monitor (talk · contribs) and T.D.monitor2 (talk · contribs) are Confirmed. There's also been IP block evasion today. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 15:59, 13 September 2018 (UTC)
New unblock request on 14th September 2018
editOwen912 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I hereby know that I am extremely active on 2018 Pacific typhoon season and it's talk page. I know that I am being blocked because of repeated repeated vandalism on "Season Effects" and other sections of the page, which prompted Meow to discuss it on 2018 Pacific typhoon season's talk page. I also know that I am being blocked for repeated "failure to listen" from experienced users such as Meow and Ymblanter, and edit warring, also on the same article's same section with other users who were watching this page for me. I feel very sorry about that, and I will not do that again by showing that i'm making useful contributions on all Wikipedia pages, including the correction of editing habits on "pages filled with Owen912's edits". I would also like to edit pages that are talking about currently ongoing events, such as "2018 Pacific typhoon season", it's talk page and my user page if I am unblocked.Owen912 (talk) 12:24, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason:
In reading this page, I see there has been socking and block evasion, so I cannot unblock you at this time. I am also unable to parse your unblock request. Please describe in greater detail what you did wrong and how you will it right in the future. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 15:05, 14 September 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Predicted Wikibreak
editOn the 24-26th of October, I will have camp with my class at that time. During the time, I will be unable to edit Wikipedia even though I might be unblocked at that time.
Expiry Time
editThis wikibreak will expire on 00:00 UTC, 27th of October. Owen912 (talk) 23:16, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
Will not make any further unblock requests
editDue to the declinement of the unblock request, I will not make any further unblock requests, but will only wait for my account to be unblocked, as directed by NinjaRobotPirate. Sadly, the chances that my account will be unblocked is very low--probably 0, as "You had been blocked indefinitely because your account is only being used for vandalism." I will only edit my talk page, but unblock requests:I will not make it because I want to edit my talk page, as "If you make too much invalid unblock requests, your talk page may be revoked which makes you more difficult to request unblock".
More edit requests
editI will make edit requests on my user talk page, so administrators such as Ymblanter who look at my talk page can edit that page which I requested, even if I am blocked. Owen912 (talk) 08:47, 30 September 2018 (UTC)
- You are blocked indefinitely, meaning the only way you can be unblocked is with a successful unblock request. You also cannot edit by proxy, per WP:EVASION; "Wikipedians in turn are not permitted to post or edit material at the direction of a blocked editor". 331dot (talk) 08:49, 30 September 2018 (UTC)
- I received your message. If you are blocked, the only proper use of this page is to request to be unblocked. You cannot use it to ask that others edit for you. You may want to consider the standard offer. 331dot (talk) 13:58, 30 September 2018 (UTC)
Edit request: Typhoon Kong-rey
editChange and cleanup the section: "30W than was named Kong-rey by the JMA. On the 29th of September, the system moved further west in found itself in favourable conditions for strengthening and became a tropical storm," should be changed to "30W than was named Kong-rey by the JMA. On the 29th of September, the system moved further west towards Yap and found itself in favourable conditions for strengthening and became a tropical storm," it was just a grammar change and adding more information to the section. Back active, but still semi-retired
edit
I don't know when I am going to come back. I started to focus more on FANDOM and on the 8th of December, the "semi-retired" stage is officially starting at that date. Owen912 (talk) 10:03, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
This wouldn't happen.Owen912 (talk) 04:08, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
Response to message
editYou can only use UTRS to request unblock if your talk page access has been removed, or if your request involves private information like your IP address that you do not wish to post to Wikipedia. 331dot (talk) 11:57, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
- It is not a good idea to edit other users' posts. If I had wanted to link to them, I would have. 331dot (talk) 12:06, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
Help me!
editI don't want to have my talk page being revoked. Should I wait until the block come to an end or will my account be "infinitely blocked"?
Owen912 (talk) 13:37, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
- Your block is indefinite- not infinite. Indefinite means it has no specific end date, but it is not forever. It will last until you make a successful unblock request, but it will not end without any action on your part. Your talk page access would only be revoked if you misuse this page while blocked. Making an unblock request- as long as it is in good faith and shows evidence that you are understanding why you were blocked- is not a misuse. 331dot (talk) 18:04, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
WP:Guide to appealing blocks and WP:Appealing a block were not helpful to my unblock request
editThe guide to appealing blocks and the appealing a block were confusing and were completely unuseful to my unblock request. Please help me to do my unblock request by inserting a new section. Owen912 (talk) 02:48, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
- I'm sending you an email. 331dot (talk) 08:30, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
- I sent you an email as to not reveal private information about yourself, which I will not do on this page. As I indicated, if you don't understand the unblock instructions, there isn't much else I can do for you. I can't write the request for you. 331dot (talk) 09:14, 17 October 2018 (UTC)

Please help me with how to make my unblock request and what to include and write in my unblock request.
Owen912 (talk, contributions) 03:07, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
- I'm turning off the {{help me}} batsignal since, ultimately, only an admin is going to decide about your unblock request. I think I can tell you that an unblock request has to include evidence that you understand the reason you were blocked, in terms of polices and guidelines, and (if this has happened) why you mistakenly engaged in block evasion or socking. Given evidence that you have understood the problems, along with a sincere expression of intent not to engage in these behaviors again, an unblock request might be given consideration. And an unblock request should appear as an unblock request, not a generic help request. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 03:25, 28 October 2018 (UTC)

editThis request for help from administrators has been answered. If you need more help or have additional questions, please reapply the {{admin help}} template, or contact the responding user(s) directly on their own user talk page. |
My question is: How many unconvincing unblock requests should a indefinitely blocked user make to make their user talk page being removed from access (or revoked)?
Owen912 (talk | contribs), 03:36, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm turning this one into an {{admin help}} request. Don't make "unconvincing" unblock requests and you'll be fine. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 03:42, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
- If you need to worry about how many unconvincing requests you are allowed to make, you aren't ready to resume editing Wikipedia. There is no set, specific number of requests that you are allowed. It depends on the situation. If you are not demonstrating progress towards understanding the block and addressing the reasons for it, you won't be allowed to make any more requests. If you are demonstrating progress towards understanding, you will be allowed to continue. If you intend to make a request, you should do so at this time. 331dot (talk) 09:12, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks for this help! I just want to make an request at this week! Owen912 (talk | contribs) 22:59, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
Help: Unable to make unblock request
editThis request for help from administrators has been answered. If you need more help or have additional questions, please reapply the {{admin help}} template, or contact the responding user(s) directly on their own user talk page. |
I am currently unable to make an unblock request. I will not make a request until you can show the things that I should include in my request. As I said in my previous message, the guide to appealing blocks and the appealing method is unuseful. Please reply to me in 3 days.
Owen912 (talk) 04:07, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
- You've been given a good answer to this question above by another user, but to answer again, an unblock request needs to convince the reviewing administrator that you understand what you did wrong, why you won't do it again, and specifically what productive contributions you want to make if unblocked, such as what articles or topic areas you are interested in editing. Since you had difficulty understanding the guides to block appeals, I would strongly suggest that you take some time to mature as an editor before requesting an unblock (and by time I mean at least months, if not years); however, if you still wish to make a request now, that's what it needs to include. 331dot (talk) 08:36, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
- I would say that I am only 14 and I need months to make an request. Also, what should the sentence be at the start of the request? Owen912 (talk) 12:17, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
- You don't need a particular sentence, you only need to do as I stated above. 331dot (talk) 13:33, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
- I have another question. How are blocks reviewed, who will review the unblock request, and how do administrators find my unblock request? And, does my previous sentence involve personal attacks since I revealed my age? Owen912 (talk | contribs) 11:26, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
- These sorts of questions are answered in the guide to unblock requests that you stated you couldn't understand. I strongly suggest that you review it carefully and do your best to understand it, maybe even having someone older than you go over it with you. Once you make an unblock request, it is placed into a category that many administrators routinely check. Eventually, an administrator will then review your request. I don't see where you personally attacked anyone; mentioning your age is not a personal attack, though I might not do so to everyone that comes along.
- I again strongly urge you to wait months, if not years, to request an unblock so that you can mature as a person and editor and better understand how things work here. 331dot (talk) 12:00, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks!
- I have another concern. I don't know the full reason that why I was blocked, but to answer to a brief state, at least it was because of vandalism. Owen912 (talk) 23:24, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
- The reasons for the block are stated on this page. If you are going to make an unblock request, please do so now, or state if you are going to wait. It's time to decide what you want to do. 331dot (talk) 08:52, 10 November 2018 (UTC)
- I am going to wait until that I email a message to you. Owen912 (talk) 09:37, 10 November 2018 (UTC)

Please help me! I don't want my request to be declined! Also, what should my contributions be at the end of the request be? Do I have to include in my unblock request? Owen912 (talk | contribs) 11:54, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
- You have been told, multiple times, how to request an unblock, and also asked multiple times to not use the {{help me}} to ask for help with this matter. As such, I am revoking your talk page access for disruptive editing. If and when you are ready, you should file an unblock appeal through UTRS. Primefac (talk) 14:05, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
- I would again state that it should be many months, if not years, before you use WP:UTRS to request unblock, so that you can mature as a person and editor and understand how things work here. 331dot (talk) 16:43, 21 November 2018 (UTC)

UTRS appeal #24237 was submitted on Mar 08, 2019 11:37:27. This review is now closed.
I received your email. Please read about the standard offer at this page. In short, you must not make any edits to Wikipedia under any account or IP address for at least six months from the date of your last edit. I also see that you have been checkuser confirmed as a sockpuppet of User:T.D.monitor, which means you will need to return to that account to request to be unblocked, or at a minimum address your sock puppetry in your unblock request. 331dot (talk) 12:11, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
Then you will have to explain your situation in your unblock request here; but if you are attempting the standard offer, you still have a couple months(by my view, May 21st, assuming you haven't edited by other means). The standard offer does not mean you will be excused from needing to explain your actions, but abiding by it goes a long way towards showing that you are able to follow instructions and policy. 331dot (talk) 00:47, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
I can't say any more than I already have. The criteria for the standard offer is at WP:SO. 331dot (talk) 10:46, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
In ten more days you can request to be unblocked, explaining what you have done wrong and what you will do going forward. 331dot (talk) 08:49, 11 May 2019 (UTC)
The WP:UTRS system is fairly self-explanatory, it's just a form to fill out. Please see my comment at the top of this section. I'm not certain one way or the other you will be able to do a clean start immediately, as per WP:CLEANSTART "A clean start is not permitted if there are active bans, blocks or sanctions in place against the old account" and being unblocked may involve some sort of sanctions on you. 331dot (talk) 10:19, 1 July 2019 (UTC)
I don't wish to give out my email address for privacy reasons, and I also want others to be aware that you are sending email. If you are going to request unblock, then please do so using UTRS. I do not wish to receive further emails from you about this matter; I will remove your ability to send email if I get another message from you. 331dot (talk) 10:57, 1 July 2019 (UTC)
