PrintPOD edit

Hi - I am new to this, so I apologize in advance. This PrintPOD thing has been out for a year at least and I was just trying to help them out cause I have had an account with them for a while now and feel like it may be missing some people.

Do you have suggestions to make the copy more indifferent? I tried sound as neutral as possible. . .

Thanks! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pjbarn (talkcontribs) 15:53, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

OK. I took down the copy and will practice writing it before I publish again. Could I send you the article for approval before I publish? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pjbarn (talkcontribs) 20:21, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

By the time I got your message, the page had already been deleted, (I'm not an admin, so couldn't have actually deleted the page anyway). Good luck with future pages and please feel free to drop by an ask any quetsions you like. --Ormers (talk) 23:09, 5 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Gilat Satcom edit

Daniel wash (talk) 07:07, 12 September 2008 (UTC) can you assist in rewriting this article?Reply

according to my understanding this a truly noble company which do whatever is needed to assist developing countries in overcoming the digital gap. and it's quite important to have them in the wikipedia if you have wording tips or editing remarks please advice/correct but please upload the article. it is so frustrating to write and support such an important issue and then someone delete your work instead of improving it

the only relation i have with this company is the desire to bring internet connectivity to children in rural areas mainly in Africa and let them having a fair chance in life

I do not know anything about the company, nor do I know your connection. пﮟოьεԻ 57 makes a powerful statement on your talk page. Unless this can be clarified, I would imagine the sentiment that the page is blatant advertising would continue. --Ormers (talk) 07:36, 12 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Warning vandals edit

Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Mobile phone radiation and health: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you.

Was aware, forgot and thanks for the reminder. However, since there are a large number, do you have any tips for easy use? Thanks. Ormers (talk) 22:39, 11 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Sure, actually I do. Twinkle is quite handy for warning people of different things. Fortunately, Twinkle is easy to install and use; to install it, go to My Preferences > Gadgets, and under "Editing Gadgets", click the checkbox for Twinkle, and then hit Save at the bottom of the page. Now, I think it will give you some extra links somewhere at the top of every page; if you're using the new beta theme ("Vector") like I am, Twinkle is in a dropdown menu next to the search bar in the top-right corner, adding the options "Warn", "ARV", "CSD", "RPP", "XFD", and "Unlink". You can find an explanation for each of those options by holding your mouse over them momentarily. I use "Warn" more than any of the others.
