James Nares, b. 1953
Hi there. I submitted an article on James Nares (20th century) which you reviewed and turned down, explaining another article was currently in the wiki pipeline. Any news on that? Forgive me if I am barking up the wrong tree, I'm rather new here. Thanks! --Dourness (talk) 12:06, 12 June 2013 (UTC)

WikiProject AFC needs your help... again
WikiProject AFC is holding a one month long Backlog Elimination Drive!
The goal of this drive is to eliminate the backlog of unreviewed articles. The drive is running from July 1st, 2013 – July 31st, 2013.
Awards will be given out for all reviewers participating in the drive in the form of barnstars at the end of the drive.
There is a backlog of over 1000 articles, so start reviewing articles! Visit the drive's page and help out!
A new version of our AfC helper script is released! It includes many bug fixes, new improvements and features, code cleanup, and more page cleanups. If you want to see a full list of changes, go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Helper script/Development page. Please report bugs and feature requests there, too! Thanks.

What's the right protocol for removing someone else's inappropriate edit?
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mountain_City,_Tennessee&diff=next&oldid=558395175
In the External Links of this dear little town, a local realtor (and there about five agencies there) has added a link to their business. I love 'em and all, but that's not appropriate for an encyclopedia, in my opinion.
What's the right protocol for removing it -- or for requesting of someone that it be removed?
My first time at this - ResearcherQ (talk) 18:48, 26 June 2013 (UTC)
- I see it got automagically reverted, as spam. How, why did this happened? How does one signal this to happen?
- Thanks -- ResearcherQ (talk) 04:36, 27 June 2013 (UTC)
- As expected the recent changes patrollers picked it. If you use an appropriate edit message you can simply delete these.
- It is also possible to use the undo feature on the history page, but I don't recommend doing this. BO | Talk 12:37, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

Are you currently adopting?
Hello,
I just wanted to know if you were available for accepting new adoptees, just in case I need to send a couple of them your way :)
Please inform me if you're free.

Could you look over a new article for me?
Oren, I'm within a few days of submitting a new technical article. Could you give it a look and make sure I'm on the right track? [1]
There's one citation to fix (Zhu et al.), and I need to resolve all the "additional reading" articles into citations or real follow ups.
Thanks -- ResearcherQ (talk) 03:34, 3 July 2013 (UTC)
