Your article Poochera

I'm going to redirect your article Poochera to Poochera, South Australia because that article is more established and contains more information. The information you added in your article that is not in the already existing one would probably fit better in Nothomyrmecia macrops which needs to be expanded anyway and I'll probably use Nullarbornet to do that. The links you added

Links to Nullarbor Net don't violate anything in the external links guideline; the site is not commercial. However the reason you got those messages is that adding lots of links in a short period is considered spamming by the Wikipedia community, no matter the quality of the links. If you are the owner of the site read the conflict of interest guidelines. It's usually best to discuss the links you want to add on the article's talk page, or even better, add content that cites the links you're adding like I did at Nothomyrmecia macrops - content is strongly preferred over external links on Wikipedia. Projects focused on improving Australian articles are at Wikipedia:WikiProject Australia and its sub-projects like wikipedia:WikiProject Western Australia. Graham87 12:11, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

I disagree with User:Graham87 assertion that the site doesnt violate WP:EL, as the site doesnt acknowledge its sources, and has no copyright information it does violate WP:EL. Gnangarra 13:48, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

Sorry about possibly infringing wikipedia guidelines.

A couple of points.

The site does have a copyright on the front page, but not on any of the others.

I am the owner of the site and I would say it is essentially non-commercial in nature - and I would say it is certainly non-profit. Being a travel guide some accommodation prices are included for some towns. There is no real issue in terms of favouring one business over another however, as in most instances there really are no alternative competitors. Many of the towns are over 100 kilometres apart, and many of them are substantially less than 50 people in number.

The site has been heavily researched and actually is an authority on the net as a travel guide for this part of Australia. During the research for the site I conducted quite a bit of research both in libraries, and on the ground. The written material is original in nature and not copied or extracted from any other source.

The links were submitted as I thought they would be useful to Wikipedia readers.

Use of Nullabornet pictures

Hi mate,

I was checking out your site and noticed it had some decent pictures of a number of west coast SA/east coast WA towns. Many of these towns have articles in Wikipedia, but no decent photos. If you are the author of these pictures, could you consider releasing some to the public domain? Even if its only one photo per article (Streaky Bay, Ceduna, Cactus Beach... the list goes on), it would be greatly appreciated, because these places are out of the way for most people, and obtaining images is difficult.
