September 2022 edit

Hello, I'm Blazin777. An edit that you recently made to Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Blazin777 (talk) 00:56, 24 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Blazin777 I changed the date of access to a newer date because whenever you update the box office numbers for any movie you access the website again on a different day. So it is important that you must update not only the box office numbers but the date of access of the box office number resource as well. This is done for every Hollywood and Bollywood movie. I believe you got your facts wrong. I didn't do any practice editing. Nt661974 (talk) 06:01, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Blazin777 If I use BollywoodHungama to edit the gross of a movie to what it is on the lets say 18th of August and the gross then is 20 crores in total. I must reference the access date as 18 August. However, when I come back on the 20th to update the gross to 40 crores (as the movie made more money over time and link was updated). Hence, I must change the access date of the link to the 20th because whenever we make a reference on Wikipedia it has to reflect the current time it was edited in. Which is why I edited the date of access for that on the Brahmastra Part One page. Nt661974 (talk) 06:05, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Bollywood Hungama is not a website that doesn't change box office numbers daily for a movie. It always changes box office numbers daily for a single movie daily. Hence the date of access must also be changed whenever we change the box office numbers from that website. Nt661974 (talk) 06:10, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Blazin777 This is a practice done on Wikipedia so that everyone overlooking the movies' box office gross on a Wikipedia Page (whether it is up to date or not) knows when the Box Office Numbers were most recently changed. I have been editing box office numbers for months dude. Never ran into this issue. Check the history of my Talk Page. Nt661974 (talk) 06:15, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Blazin777 I sincerely hope you can understand my POV and understand how some particular references' access dates sometimes have to be updated over time.
Kind regards,
A fellow Wikipedian Nt661974 (talk) 06:20, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Nt661974: I removed 'ä' that you added before short description. It seems to be unconstructive. Blazin777 (talk) 10:48, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hope you have a nice day @Blazin777 Nt661974 (talk) 23:55, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Ah right. That might have been a clipboard error. Sorry about that. I was just confused because you ended up changing the access date as well. Nt661974 (talk) 23:55, 25 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
