Articles for deletion nomination of List of airports in Alaska by borough edit

I have nominated List of airports in Alaska by borough, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of airports in Alaska by borough. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. \ Backslash Forwardslash / {talk} 21:59, 24 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

The article List of aircraft used by the Civil Air Patrol has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unnecessary and not very useful list. Would be almost impossible to complete, given the very wide variety of aircraft that various squadrons employ.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Huntster (t @ c) 02:52, 29 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Spectrum SA-550 edit

HI, I just found your new article here and added a bit to it. You may want to list new aircraft articles you start at Wikipedia:New articles (Aircraft) so that other editors on WikiProject Aircraft will then know the article exists and help improve and expand it! - Ahunt (talk) 19:45, 26 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

List of defunct airlines edit

It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from an article. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Take a look at our welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --Ixfd64 (talk) 20:29, 13 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi NorthnBound, I just wanted to let you know that I've started editing List of NASA aircraft. I see that you've contributed in the past, so I wanted to invite you to come back and collaberate on building the article, if you're willing. Thanks!

Proposed deletion of FlyMontserrat edit

The article FlyMontserrat has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Very minor airline, no independent sources. Does not meet WP:CORP.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Crusio (talk) 00:55, 29 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Whittier Airport for deletion edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Whittier Airport is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Whittier Airport until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:37, 25 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
