Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to National Museum, New Delhi may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

National Musuem edit

Let us continue to enhance the page. Good work on the pictures. I suggest we first focus on beefing up the Gallery content. 2 paras each and 5 pics per gallery. The gallery view pics are good. Would appreciate 5 striking pics each of the Mysore and Tanjore galleries. My thought is writing on key artefacts per gallery can wait a bit. We should also enhance the following: History, Building, Governance and Publications. I am for now focussed on cleanup of language, wikification and standardising presentation. Keep the enthusaism going! Cheers Arunram (talk) 04:25, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Affirmative Sir

Pls add some references as I hav not been able to....will work on the points u mentioned above Nomu420 (talk) 12:56, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

April 2014 edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted.

Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content, as you did at Jamia Millia Islamia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  A fluffernutter is a sandwich! (talk) 13:28, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I had completely forgotten about copy and editing as i was making my project for college where I would just copy and paste without any thinking. I continued with that thought in editing on wikipedia. Thank you for your timely intervention to wake me up. I will surely remember the copyright violation. Please unblock me. Nomu420 (talk) 14:31, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Per below. MER-C 05:53, 25 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I am not a admin, but I can say that a admin will likely ask you this, so I will spare them some time and ask you some questions that were used straight by an admin.

  • Explain what copyright is
  • Explain why Wikipedia cannot host copyrighted content
  • Tell us what you plan to do in future to make sure that you don't violate copyright again

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite edit

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 11:26, 20 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
