Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Elishay Kadir. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 14 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Elishay Kadir

edit

The article Elishay Kadir has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one.   This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Template:Macccabi Tel Aviv BC roster, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Epeefleche (talk) 19:05, 10 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Alon Stein has played in Maccabi!!! You can see it in the BSL Administration site: http://www.basket.co.il/TeamPage.asp?TeamId=805&cYear=2012&lang=en (n. 25), and in the official site of Maccabi Tel Aviv in the group picture (n.22) and yesterday, Stein played in the first time in Maccabi and scored 3 points (appears in the news sites and in the official site of Maccabi). In addition, Jeremy Pargo left the team and despite the fact that he appears in Maccabi's site he doesn't play there (you can see it also in the BSL Administration site).

Hi. How do we square that with the fact that the team itself does not list him? See here. Thanks.--Epeefleche (talk) 16:36, 11 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
Hi -- I see that you are re-adding the info, but haven't answered my question. I would be interested in your response. Thanks.--Epeefleche (talk) 04:45, 20 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
