Disambiguation link notification edit

Hi. When you recently edited Sean Ali Stone, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Salvador, Heaven & Earth and Graystone (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Atiyya ibn Sa'd reference ISBN edit

Hi, Nersy! Back in 2011, you added a reference to Atiyya ibn Sa'd in this edit. Unfortunately, the ISBN you listed is invalid (probably a typo). I am having difficulty finding this online, as I can't read Persian, and there may be a transliteration issue. Do you still have access to this book, and would you be willing to double check the ISBN? Many thanks, Storkk (talk) 16:30, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Good day and many thanks for your attention. Please see details of the book in National library of Iran's website.name of book and Author in English. I can send you photo of the book also , you can read the book online here. .by the way , I can not solve ISBN problem. I don't know the reason. thanks again Nersy (talk) 21:33, 7 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, Nersey! Although I can't read it, I think I was able to find the ISBN on the National Library of Iran's website link that you gave. Could you by any chance translate the line on that page that has a few numbers? They all look like ISBNs to me. Since the 13-digit one that I've added to the article is a valid ISBN, and all books published after 2007 should have a 13-digit ISBN I've just used that, but I'd like to be sure... the one on the left (ending in 557-6) is invalid, but the one on the right (ending in 556-8) is valid, so I don't know exactly what's going on. Many thanks, and I'm glad you have shown me that it's not a waste of time to contact the original contributor! Best regards, Storkk (talk) 00:48, 8 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
