Hello, Naturologist, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Draft:Naturologist™, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

New to Wikipedia? Please consider taking a look at our introductory tutorial or reviewing the contributing to Wikipedia page to learn the basics about editing. Below are a few other good pages about article creation.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Naturologist™

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Naturologist™, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. – NJD-DE (talk) 22:29, 31 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of username and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page.

The information posted is factual and done so in good faith on behalf of the Canadian Naturological Association / Association Canadienne de Naturologie, a federally registered not-for-profit professional association #1391637-5.
I'm not receiving nor do I expect to gain any compensation from contributions.
Not sure why we were blocked for providing information to help educate the public on our filed trademark.
We only intend to promote public safety, educational standards, research, and philanthropy across Canada.
Any help with this post would be welcomed! Thank you and sorry for being unaware of how to post. Naturologist (talk) 22:48, 31 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia is not for promotion of any sort, even if you believe it to be a worthy cause. Wikipedia's mission is summarized in the conflict of interest guidelines, which you should become familiar with:
As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia's mission is to provide the public with articles that summarize accepted knowledge, written neutrally and sourced reliably. Readers expect to find neutral articles written independently of their subject, not corporate or personal webpages, or platforms for advertising and self-promotion. Articles should contain only material that complies with Wikipedia's content policies and best practices, and Wikipedians must place the interests of the encyclopedia and its readers above personal concerns.
Wikipedia only considers topics that have acquired significant coverage from multiple reliable and independent sources to be worthy of inclusion. Wikipedia has no interest in what a person or organization wishes to say about itself, its work or activities. So what you call "providing information" we call "yes, it is promotion".--Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:37, 1 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
As a non-profit association, we have limited knowledge of your platform's work. We may need time to become more familiar with posting guidelines. We will do our best to provide reliable, informative content, perhaps reviewing content submitted by other professional associations to help guide us. Thank you for this explanation. You're welcome. Please also note the block notice above - you won't be allowed to continue editing under this account name. Wikipedia's username policy disallows accounts from being named after a company, product, group, etc. You will need to use the request unblock template described in the notice and provide a new name that represents you as an individual. Also please also note that sharing an account for any reason is disallowed. Accounts are for individual access only. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 16:43, 1 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
