facebook edit
I kinda foolishly started over the facebook voting debate at Talk:Facebook_(website)#Voting (because there were some comments like waffle iron's that weren't clear whether or not they were voting and for what). I have now realized that not everyone who commented before may have had it on their watchlist so I am sending this to anyone that commented earlier and has not yet (re)voted. Is video.google.com a reliable source? edit

- I would argue that in this instance, video.google.com provides the primary source. In this part of the World of Warcraft article, the point of discussion is a video clip which has become popular among players, and the way people have been able to find it and view it so easily is video.google.com. People have been able to find and view the Jeopardy! clip so easily for the same reason. I would agree that this may not technically qualify as a reliable source because it does not corroborate the claim -- it is rather a specific example of what the article is discussing. Facebook Vandals Club edit
Greetings. I'd like to bring to your attention the existence of a club on facebook known as GLOBAL Wikipedia Vandals. If you read the discussion, two such vandals gloat over the unnoticed vandalism that they have managed to insert into articles. Do you know how many people the AHS Collins Centre can hold? You're probably right. It most likely is more than 250; I counted the seats once. I might count them again and write it down, then find a source to verify this fact. 250 was just a ballpark, anyway; I'll change it.

Question About Facebook Gifts edit
I am new here, and can't figure out how to email you a message (how do I?). Saw your entry on the Gifts section of facebook article, and hoped that you could provide some info. Does anyone have any estimates on the volume of $1 facebook gifts sold, both before and after the new apps allowed free gifts? Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference edit
Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.
For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.
