August 2020 edit

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at Talk:Stockton University, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Drmies (talk) 00:16, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you purposefully and blatantly harass fellow Wikipedian(s) again, as you did at User talk:Drmies, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. 331dot (talk) 19:01, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • Your bully culture is petty and pathetic. Perhaps you should focus on reeducating your administrators instead of harassing me. Good day.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used mainly for trolling, disruption or harassment.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I feel that I have been unfairly blocked. I am not sure how my account was (as the reason states) created and used primarily for trolling and personal attacks. I do feel that there are cases where your administraters use their position to make unnecessary and condescending attacks on editors and then use said position to block them. Clearly this would not be the first time as you can see on some of these administrators talk pages that they have done the same with other editors. If certain guidelines are to be followed, than I believe they should be followed across the board, not just when a certain person with certain powers decides that it is in their best interest to use them, and use them subjectively. MrWendalyeah (talk) 19:26, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

When you're blocked for abrasive confrontational interactions with others, it's unwise to continue with more of the same in an unblock request. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 20:31, 14 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • So what you're saying is administrators can be abusive, and if you respond, they can block you. Roger that, buddy. Good to see there is no abuse of power going on here. Thanks for the clarification.

Decline reason:

I fail to see any personal attacks by Drmies. Could he have been nicer? Probably. But I don't fault Drmies here. You needlessly escalated this situation, and were quite abrasive in the course of that conversation. If you want to be unblocked, you will need to show that you understand how to be civil and courteous in discussion. CaptainEek Edits Ho Cap'n! 22:47, 15 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Even if what you say is absolutely true, the way to deal with abuse is not to engage in abuse yourself. 331dot (talk) 08:45, 15 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
