Prior to receiving this message today I deleted several sections that stated "citations needed." If I remove the first paragraph of the biography that requests citations needed would that be sufficient? Or is the remainder of the article still lacking? Hi, Mpiazza2016 Most biographies of living people in Wikipedia give some information about the subject's early life and education. Completely removing it would leave a big 'hole' that may beg questions about how the subject came to be employed in their chosen field, etc. Presumably, the information given has been sourced from somewhere, so citing sources for at least some aspects would be better than nothing (Ref 1 at least mentions his previous Army career). There are citation issues elsewhere with some of the references - some are not about Manske at all but about his firm (and are passing mentions at best). Articles that quote Manske in his role as a financial advisor merely support that he is a financial advisor. Significant coverage means more than passing or routine mentions - is there some in-depth or detailed writing about Manske (not by him) and/or his achievements? There is also a somewhat promotional feel to the draft as a whole, particularly with the numerous external links - Wikipedia isn't a place for CVs or corporate peacockery.
